		<description>You could have gone to an urgent care or quick care inside Walgreens and received comparable care for a fraction of the cost.  ERs are regulated by the federal government as to what charges we can bill for, a laceration/open wound is at least a level 2 charge, plus any procedure codes that may apply. 

As for the bandaid, they could have given you some Telfa and Coban - nonstick dressing and no tape required.  At least, *I* would have done that...</description>
